Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unopened, unused, with all original tags and packaging intact. A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all return requests.
To start a return, please email us at support@manetainbarberstudio.com. If your return is approved, we will send you the appropriate return instructions and shipping address. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted or refunded.

Damages and Order Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, notify us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a brief explanation of the issue, and clear supporting photos.
Once verified, we may issue a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion. Damage claims reported outside of this 7-day window may not be eligible for resolution.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for the following:
- Any opened or used grooming or personal care products (e.g., beard oils, balms, brushes, combs, or grooming kits)
- Hygiene-sensitive items regardless of use
- Items fulfilled by third-party dropshipping partners where return options are not available
- Items purchased during promotions, final sale events, or discounted offers
- Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items
- Gift cards and digital products
If you are uncertain whether an item is eligible for return, please contact us prior to purchasing.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct product-for-product exchanges. If your item is eligible for return and approved, we recommend placing a new order for the desired item once your return has been processed.
European Union – 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is shipped to an address within the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason.
However, the item must remain unused, sealed, and in its original condition and packaging. For hygiene purposes, opened grooming or personal care products are not eligible for return, even under this cooling-off period.
Refunds
Once your authorized return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since refund approval, please contact us at support@manetainbarberstudio.com.

This Return & Refund Policy is governed by the operating standards of Mane-Tain Barber Studio LLC, d/b/a MTBS Beard Club. We reserve the right to refuse a return, refund, or exchange if the return conditions are not met or if fraud, misuse, or policy violations are suspected.
