Shipping policy
We are proud to serve our grooming community with quality and care. Please review our shipping terms below before placing your order.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after your order is confirmed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
During high-volume seasons (Father’s Day, holidays, product launches), processing time may be slightly extended. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
Shipping Time
Our fulfillment partners ship from multiple U.S. locations. Most standard shipments arrive within 5–10 business days after processing, depending on your location.
We currently ship only within the United States.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery speed.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking info to update.

Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other factors beyond our control. Once a package leaves our fulfillment center, it is in the hands of the shipping provider.
Lost or Stolen Packages
MTBS Beard Club is not liable for lost or stolen packages marked “delivered” by the carrier. Please contact the shipping provider first to open a claim.
If your issue is not resolved, reach out to us — we’ll do our best to support you.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
Please double-check your shipping address before confirming your order. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
